BorschToGo
We are a social project of the Glek restaurant and a part of Slow Food Ukraine.
Our mission is not only to sell food,
it is to sell global messages with it.
We are about combining
business and humanity,
raising money and heal souls,
saving people lives and territories
We are creating a commercial profit-sharing business by connecting existing food industry
entrepreneurs to the worldwide network of borsch distributors
BorschToGo has been developing on Accelerate Programme in Cambridge Judge Business School since September 2023
Our Vision
• Create a global franchise system
• Unite independent food businesses
• Rebuild and support Ukraine

options and helping food business owners to increase soup sales
to existing customers and attract new audience by taking the stance of being a part of a great deed
How it works
The cafes and restaurants joining the system add £x to the price of borsch, which is our fee that we use to build
global brand and fund restoration of Ukraine
